FABULOUS coffee, food and service. Wow, I was very impressed especially as I just stumbled on this cafe, as I was passing by to get something to eat and drink and just needed something close by to where my friend was going to pick me up to go out. Friendly service and the meal was absolutely delicious, while coffee just topped it off.
Highly recommended and well done!
Came here for high tea through a voucher deal eg. Scoopon, a friend had organised. The service by all was just excellent. They even offered to charge my phone for me, as my phone battery died and we needed to find out whether my friends had already arrived.
The high tea was not a buffet, and I am not sure how other high teas are, because the only other one I have been to, was a buffet style with food that gets replenished. Even so, I think that there could have been more sandwiches, as we only got one small triangle of a sandwich. Otherwise the rest of the sweets were very nice.
They have a vegetarian option too. The actual surroundings are very nice, warm and elegant, with piano music playing in the background. You can tell the venue is quite new. While visiting the bathrooms, I caught a glimpse of some of the other rooms in this spa complex. It sparked my interest to come and visit for some pampering, as the rooms looked divinely luxurious!
Booked a four bed female only dorm. Price was fantastic around $35. The room was very clean, I liked that each bed had their own single light because other hostels don't have this, which causes a problem when everyone is sleeping at different times and a main light is being switched on and off. Would have to be the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in. Loved it and would come here again definitely. Within walking distance to everything is also a bonus. Very centrally located, close to the corner of Spencer and Flinders Streets
This place is always buzzing especially at lunchtime due to all the office workers who come here to grab lunch. The staff here are quick, loud enough to hear over all the noise in the food court and accurate in service. I can always count on this place for a good quality lunch meal and great service. Fantastic. Prices are reasonable and average too for what a typical food court sandwich bar.

Pizza was delicious. Service could have been better as the waitress didn't seem to take much interest or enthusiasm.
Firstly, the prices are great value. The hotel is quite basic, but it has all the necessities. Location is not as centrally located as others, but you only need to walk 2-5 minutes before you are back into where all shops and restaurants are located. The other drawback, depending on which room you get, is that they don't have ensuite. The bathroom is located outside in the corridors of the hotel, so you need to walk out of your room to get there, which may be a hassle. But that was the traditional twin that I booked. There are ensuite rooms you can book but of course for a higher price. The room I had was neat, clean and tidy, with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I would like to commend the staff on the speedy and professional service delivery, especially upon checking out and I had quite a few requests. This included arranging for airport shuttle and for baggage to be left with them until I came back later to board the airport shuttle bus.
Came here on 2 occasions, first to buy a chicken caesar salad, which was delicious, perfectly cured my craving for the dish. However, the second time, I went to buy a croissant and that was disappointing. Was charged $3.50 for a very very dry croissant. Even the girl who served me acknowledged this.
VERY yummy sausages! I like their international range, from German, to Australian, to Spanish Chorizo, which I bought had. Although it would be nice to have an oriental one in there too.
I had just the sausage with a salad. I liked the three range of salads they had and that I had the choice to mix all 3 together. Absolutely loved it. I had been craving a sausage for a long time, and it hit exactly the right spot, so I thank them for that!

Ingredients all on display looked extremely fresh, so fresh that another customer and I ended up chatting and commenting about this while waiting for our orders. I ordered vegetarian sandwich. I liked that sourdough bread was available. Coffee was also scrumptious. This is gourmet cafe quality, fantastic for a takeaway food court.

Ordered a lamb souvlaki, of which the meat servings were generous. It was also delicious.
Service was fantastic, quick and attentive.
