Best experience ever!!!! friendly staff. richard and his staff very helpful to us when buying stuff for our twin boys before and after they were born. Always patient, helpful and never brushed us off once or hurried us along. gave us time to browse and answered all our questions in a professional manner. If something was not in store that we liked would get it in for us promptly within a week or so. highly recommended and will be shopping their again real soon for sure. I say do not change anything about the store or its staff!!!!!! Fantastic!!!!!1

Very terrific services provided to me for my twin boys for their immunisations and health checks. Nova is a great nurse. Always very gentle with the boys. Never rushes us and always has time to answer any questions I may have. Best service experienced with immunisations.

Very professional. Friendly staff. Always able to find someone to give you a hand. Very clean. Only qualm I have is that they do not stock Jumbo boxes of Junior nappies you can only buy small packets. With twins I use quite a few nappies so therefore unfortunately buy these elsewhere.

We had a leakage not long ago in our toilet area. Were very quick to send someone out to check and we received our payment within weeks of this occurring. Have had this insurance for over 10 years for house, contents and motor and would not change it for the world helpful and always kept us informed with the progress of our claim etc. Carmine was our manager who we dealt with and he was on the phone to us every second to third day advising us as to what was happening. Would highly recommend AAMI to anyone!

There is a certain supervisor who really makes me feel uncomfortable every time I go through the self serve checkouts when I have my twin boys with me in the pram. makes me feel like a criminal and always has her eyes glued to me and asks in a sarcastic way to check my baby bag. I buy alot of stuff from this place especially having twins and do not appreciate being looked down upon. She should lighten up. Give us mums with prams a fair go and not make us feel so so uncomfortable. If I see that she is on duty I prefer to go through the normal checkouts just so I do not get the once over from her!!!!

Very helpful. Not pushy. Allowed you to just browse without being in your face all the time. Would recommend Pumpkin Patch to anyone with children. You will not be disappointed in the least. It is a little pricey but its quality to match!!!!
