I've been using this gym for over 3 years and love everything about it. It is for the busy woman. Its a total body workout in just 30minutes. Its the cheapest gym around only $64 a month. The staff are very supportive and enthusiastic. They know their workout and correct you when you are not doing the right technique. They also encourage you to work harder. Love the workout, love the staff, Im a member for life.
