My mother in law was recently involved in a car accident, and the service given by the tow truck driver, Peter, was way above and beyond all expectations. He personally ensured that she got home safe - followed her home, and made sure she was safe and settled back at home with us. We were so grateful and reassured by him. Highly recommended.

We have been to Sovereign Hill many times, and we always take visitors to Ballarat there. There is always something new to look at and experience, and I love the food from the shops, especially the lolllies. You need a full day to truly experience it all.

The first bin brought out was too small - despite the order having been placed, but he did bring out a second bin at no extra charge. The price was very reasonable, and lower than most others, so a small bin error really wasn't too great an inconvenience.

This lady sells hand rolled incense, and I often but from her stall at the Vic Market (Melbourne). The incense is to die for, with a lovely range of scents. You can ring her to order also. She also stocks other incense products, such as containers. Really cheap too.

This is a long established business, with a great reputation for quality, design and helpful staff, which I have always found to be true and accurate. They have a terrific range of flowers and are always helpful, with lots of interesting suggestions

We had business cards printed up, and were delighted with the result. The staff worked very hard to personalise our cards as we requested, and were able to provide practical solutions to our questions. I will definitely be returning when new cards are required.
