Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, friendly service. After having purchased a second hand aquarium recently I received excellent help/products when I encountered problems with my water quality and sick/dying fish. Thanks to the advise of the lovely man who owns the shop our aquarium fish are now happy again and we have restored good water quality in our fish tank. Very reasonable prices, highly recommend this business for its excellence in customer service!

Booked a taxi recently to the airport from our home to Tullamarine Airport for my parents. Was quoted $140 in total, they got charged $195 when they arrived. When I phoned the business and complained there was no apology, the call centre operator was very rude and told me that citylink gets charged on top and it was only a quote - exactly, but $55 more than quoted?, that is not acceptable in my view.

Excellent customer service. Courtesy hire-car provided when I had service/repairs done. Fast, good quality. Always phones first and explains what needs to be done. Couldn't be happier with their service.

We recently had a home birth for our second baby girl with Helen and Amy from Eastside Midwives and could not have wished for a more beautiful and empowering birth experience. Throughout my pregnancy, labour and birth my husband and I had the utmost trust in the experience and skills of both midwives who have given us the opportunity to heal from the traumatic birth experience of our first daughter under the care of a private Obstetrician. We can't thank Helen and Amy enough for going out of their way to make the birth of our baby such a memorable and beautiful experience that we will treasure forever in our family.

I went there recently with my 6 month old daughter for her vaccination. Was very happy with the GP who was friendly and administered the injection on the spot where I had placed the EMLA cream on my daughter's thigh to minimise any trauma to her. The nurse however placed the injection on purpose outside the num area and after my poor baby screamed out in pain told me I had placed it in the wrong area. Very disappointed, would not go back there to have my child vaccinated!

I have taken my dog and three cats to this vet clinic and am very happy with the service. The staff both vets and vet nurses were great when one of my cats who was my companion for over 14 years was very ill and had to be put to sleep because of a stomach tumor. Everyone is very helpful and their fees are reasonable when compared with others in the area.

My baby was delivered ( I still cannot call this a birth) at Jessie Private Hosptial over 6 months ago. I still suffer from post-traumatic stress since the birth of my daughter. Unfortunately the attending midwife did not listen to me and totally ignored our birthing plan. For the majority of my labour I was restrained to a hospital bed, unable to move. The result was an emergency delivery which caused me to suffer from severe psychological trauma. Apparently I have no right to complain as I have had a healthy baby and that is all that seems to important. How a birth experience can have profound negative affects on a mothers mental health I feel has been totally ignored. Even though the hospital was informed of my previous childhood trauma/needle phobia, nothing was done to avoid a repeat trauma. I still suffer from daily flashbacks and wake up from nightmares to this day.
The only good thing I have to say about Jessie Mac are the staff at the maternal ward who looked after us after the birth of our baby - very supportive and caring. All in all we are very disappointed in choosing this particular hospital and believe that we might have been better off to go to a public hospital. As a consequence of acting out my right as a consumer by posting this review of my experience, I have recently received threatening correspondence from this Hospital's legal department.
