I am so grateful I found Cultivate Calm. I have been doing Yoga on and off for over a decade now and can say that I am finally getting the true meaning of Yoga thanks to the guidance from Monica and the other teachers here. In the past I would push myself to master a stretch or a pose to prove I was good and worthy of being in a class. Now I know to leave my ego at the door (not always hard to do when you have an over-active ego like mine). I have gained and inner peace and strength that I'm sure I wouldn't have found if it wasn't for my practise at Cultivate Calm. Thank you for providing such an accepting and welcoming space to just be Monica and team. You have a fan for life.

My stylist Nora was great. She took the time to listen and understand what I was wanting to achieve with my hairstyle. Nora took the time to explain why she was using the product she chose to use on my hair & made me feel very comfortable and confident in her abilities as a hairstylist.
