We stayed here for 2 nights with a groupon voucher.

The man at the front desk who checked us in was friendly (but then again he did inform us that he was going on holiday in an hour, so that could have been the reason!). The room itself was satisfactory. Two of the drawers in the main room couldn't be opened, and the tap in the bathroom lifted out of the basin when I first tried to turn it on, meaning that it had to be held steady when using the sink. One of the big upsides was that the food was VERY good. I also tried the roof-top pool which was nice; the weather was cold and rainy but the small pool was beautifully heated.

All in all it was a good place to stay, with accommodating late checkout.

Went here for dinner last night... so impressed! They were just setting up outside to open as we walked close the guy greeted us and invited us inside. He was so friendly he chatted with my partner, asked where he worked.. what we were doing for the weekend etc and sounded genuinly interested. Definitely feel as though we would be warmly welcomed back.

We had the chefa banquet for 2 people which seemed a little pricey at 20 $ pp but was delicious, variee and well worth the money. Their range of cocktails was also good. Will definitely come back!!

I have previously been to the new Bracegirdles store at Marion for drinks but had not tried the food at any of their stores. We went to the Mclaren Vale location as a large group to celebrate a birthday. We had to book in advance and were required to pay a 10$ deposit per head which was okay. It was incredibly busy and the meal I wanted (gnocchi) was out of stock which was disappointing. Instead I ordered the lamb shanks, a glass of wine, coffee and a "mudslide" dessert. The wait time to order was very long with one member of our group waiting for about 20 minutes in queue and so only got her food as everyone else was finished. 2 Orders from our group came out and were wrong and the staff member was not particularly helpful or communicative as to what went wrong or how she would fix it, and came across just generally kind of rude/uncaring. The food was absolutely amazing though and I would definitely go back just for that, as was their coffee and the locally supplied wine.

This is one of my favourite places to go for a meal or some casual drinks. Barnaby is a fantastic bartender and will mix you up something amazingly tasty! The food is great value for what you pay (especially compared to a few of the other places around the area), with good table service.

Came here for dinner after reading a few reviews and walking past the store a couple of times, and was still pleasantly surprised! Was able to come in and be seated without a reservation, with wonderful service and fantastic food.

I have purchased pizza from Crust around 3 times now. The prices are quite expensive but well worth it (especially if you live in the surrounding suburbs of the store as I do, because you can get free delivery!) .

After having my last pizzas delivered we realised that we had 2 the same instead of a different pizza that I had ordered. We chose to eat it anyway because all their pizzas are great, but 20 minutes later the delivery man showed up again with the right pizza re-freshly cooked and hot, allowing us to keep the other one too!

Friendly service, delicious pizzas, will definitely buy again.
