I contacted this agency as I needed to upgrade my skills to make me more competitive in the workforce. I have been out of work for a while and trying to re enter the workforce. I am now very confident that I will make the grade as a cleaner due to the tips and knowledge I have learnt. I am more work worthy I feel. The training was 1:1 to give me the best chance during the interview to demonstrate my new confidence. I have applied for work now and I am ready for the interviews. I am excited about this and want others to know that training is available to get ourselves back into the workforce.
