No need to say much I was very happy with keratin and color voucher that I purchased from groupon great value and now the girls are matching the price direct, I have 3 kids and can't afford paying $300 for a keratin and over $160.00 for color, and If few people aren't happy u should ring them direct and sort out the problem!
