They sell quality goods at this place however the owners of this store watch customers like a hawk. Not only is it unsettling but it creates an atmosphere of distrust. Also the things there are a tad pricey so for younger children looking to buy a gift, it is quite difficult

Personally I think that it costs too much so I don't go there often. However, I enjoy the waiters/waitresses pushing the carts around with all the food. Quite a large portion of their menu has seafood so it is not for those with allergies. I also think that the dishes can border on oily.

This is my favourite bubble tea store and also of many because I always see so many customers in there. The place does look a little scrabby but in the end it is the drink that matters. The drink itself is good enough to have me coming back again and again. Furthermore, they have a deal where if you buy 10 cups (a card will be stamped) then you can get your 11th cup for free!

This is my grandfather's favourite restaurant though I confess I can't see why. I don't see much business there and I'm guessing it all comes down to the service because I cant really disagree with the food

Hoa Tran is great when you're after something cheap but I always find that the dishes are too oily. I sometimes also find myself doubting if they wash the cultery and dishes properly so I usually only do take away. All that aside though, it is still a place I frequent becuase the food is still delicious

East Empress is my number one all time favourite restaurant. Ever since I was really young we have been going there to eat. The food is delicious and never too oily and the service is also impeccable. The interior gives a classy feel especially because of the tinted windows. It always leaves one feeling upper class

This place has sells sweets from my childhood that is quite difficult to find anywhere else. Therefore I love to come here to get my sugar fix. Also the price is quite cheap and service is efficient

I absolutely love this brand of Happy Cup, and living in Springvale I have tried many other kinds. However, this store is a bit more expensive than the one in Springvale and the people there serve you with the attitude of "making money" and not "providing a service". However the taste is still worth it so I still go there. Also since it's directly across the train and bus station it makes for a convenient drink

The woman who owns the store definitely knew what she was doing. I simply walked right in, sat down and asked for what services I would like and already she knew which products to recommend while she was doing it she gave me tips that I could use at home.

I've gone to Crystal Eyecare everytime I needed glasses or contacts. Both optometrists are very friendly, very nice people with knowledge that extends beyond just optometry. Also I've done work experience there so I can definitely say that all the services are centred around giving the best to the customer. Furthermore, because it is a small optometrist and not a franchise, they do give discounts once costs start rising too high so thats a plus!
