I contacted Craig as I needed several MC4 connectors re-terminated. Even though Craig didn't install my system he was happy to help me out - Craig took the time to listen to what was required and responded very quickly. His passion for ‘solar' and importantly Craig's view on the use of quality panels, inverters and components is refreshing in an industry where many solar ‘sales' organisations opt for cheap and nasty.
