The best burger down south, and the best best BBQ sauce I've had anywhere, ever. Great to see the original south west brewery is still going strong, beers are great and it's a perfect spot for those thirsty summer days.
Absolutely beautiful location sitting atop isolated rolling fields, It is a trek to get out here from the rest of the breweries though. I've heard they're fantastic for functions. We only had appetizers but they were decent and the beer was very fresh - perfect for a relaxed summer day.
Not the best beer down south (it's not bad by any means, they have very strong competition!) but I love the old school outback shed style they have going on. It's full of quirky signs, rustic sculptures... and a circular pool table! If you want true country hospitality in a true country style pub, you must visit.
Incredible and relaxing brewery with a striking modern design. It doesn't quite suit it's "traditional German" routes in terms of style, but the food is certainly up to German standards and the beer is fantastic. We go here 3-4 times every time we do our South West brewery tours.
Very nice food and decent beer. Many places claim to be "German" but unlike it's Margaret River counterpart the Swan Valley Duckstein really does make me feel like I'm back in Bavaria. It does get pretty busy on weekends so service can be slow and you'll need to pre book for groups
Great variety of sushi on offer, and because they don't cut it up it's a little cheaper too! Ingredients all taste very fresh and authentic, the seaweed wrap is fantastic which is rare in Australia!
Very nice location sitting on the jetty with sweeping views of river and city. The food is decent without being amazing, but the staff are very nice and service is quick. What is really great here is the price! For $9.50 you get 3 eggs, bacon, tomato and toast.. that is good! At lunch you can get a dozen oysters and a glass of wine for $30, also pretty good! Well worth a visit if your in the area or waiting for your ferry.
Amazing craft beer on tap - great to see they're supporting the local craft beer scene. It is rather expensive but the service is great, the food is great and the location is very nice too.
Very nice quiet spot overlooking Claisebrook Cove. The bar has an elegant yet simple design and serves up some really good food. What I really like here though is the Colonial (award winning south west brewery) beer on tap! Saves me going all the way down to Margaret River.
Really amazing views sitting over Kings Park, and it is well designed, cozy diner with a great natural atmosphere. The food is decent, not great but it does pass. Prices are a little high probably due to the setting. Worth the visit if your hungry and in the park.
