Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a regular customer for three years for a jug of beer suddenly , the jug offers changed.

Sparking Ale is best that the present beer and its more boring and not have a sweet taste and flavors like Sparkling Ale and there are no spicy nuts which was really disappointing.

Pizza varieties at present are pretty boring and not filling which is the same for the last 3 years since I visited your place.

Overall your place needs a revision in getting back Mon to Wed beer special, staff who needs to be interactive and the techno music from Soundtrack

So please improvise your pub- beer, staff, food and music sounds

There are lot of food re heated in this hotel
as the previous reviewer mentioned I accept his review. I have seen dishwashers yelled.
Strictly expensive hotel and no flexible budgeted meals in this hotel.

Nothing Special Onion rings is the only dish.. rude wait staffs. Everything triple priced and dirty Ambiance We got a rude staff member telling us to leave early as if the table booked already. Steaks and Lambs were overcooked. They do not marinate before cooking and just throw the flavour on it. Salads are not filling.Stale Prawns in Parmesan & Rocket Salad caused us Indigestion. They tell you to buy fizzed imported spring water
