Requested a quote for supply of electricity which I had to wait almost 2 weeks to receive.
On reading the contract I realised that there was a preferred requirement for monthly billing which required an estimate of electricity usage 2 months in every 3. This was not revealed in the sales phone call nor the Explicit Informed Consent recording.

This insistence on attending in person differs to directions I was given over the phone to write a letter and have it signed by the relevant account signatories.
