I have been using my Delrico retractable hose for approximately 14years. I have never had a leak or any problems, so perfect. Unfortunately, a large tree fell on it and no more case. Today I purchased a new one. The sales person was very knowledgable and pleasant. I'm sure I will get at least another 14 or more years out of this one. It is sturdy, strong and well made. A great product.
