I have been using dog washing/grooming services for many years and finally I have found one that that ticks all the boxes!
Brooke, apart from being a really good bloke, is something of a dog whisperer. He has by far the best setup for grooming/washing dogs that I've ever seen and what he doesn't know about handling dogs and putting them at ease probably isn't worth knowing. He is prepared to spend however much time and effort is necessary to achieve perfect results, nothing is too much trouble. The prices are very reasonable, the service is exceptional in every way. I will be using My Pet Services exclusively from now on. My compliments to Brooke's wife, Angela, on the great job she has done designing the website and the graphics on the trailer! Well done!

I needed some quotes to have an air conditioner installed. I tried the usual methods of getting quotes and experienced the usual frustrations of not having my calls returned.
I then contacted ServiceSeeking with my request for quotes and within an hour I had six tradesmen contact me wanting to quote on my job! I cannot praise ServiceSeeking.com.au highly enough for finding me the quotes I needed so quickly and for saving me alot of time and frustration. There are no charges involved, try them, you won't regret it!

Travis, of T&K Renovations & Handyman Services, has done a fantastic job of renovating our bathroom and at a very reasonable price too! We can't speak highly enough of him. He is honest, very hard working, conscientious, cooperative and punctual. Our only criticism of him is the quality of his singing which leaves a lot to be desired!

To whom it may concern

I cannot speak lowly enough regarding Highway Auto Subaru at Springwood. On 14/6/12 my wife and I signed a provisional contract with Highway Auto, subject to an inheritance being paid, for the purchase of a new Subaru Forester.
We specified that the vehicle be supplied with the following options: Luxury Pack, included in the price. Tow bar $634.00 plus $300.00 fitting. Two year extended warranty with Roadside Assist $610.00, in addition to the standard 3 year warranty. X-Pack Leather and SL Tint $1722.73 and Adventure Pack $1000.00.
When we received the inheritance I contacted the salesman at Highway Auto and told him to go ahead with the fitting of the various options to the car but that we didn't require the X-Pack Leather and SL Tint, he phoned us later that day to inform us that the treatment had already been done. I then spoke to the sales manager who said that as it was already done we would have to pay for it. I replied that as the contract was provisional they had no right to do anything to the car until the final contract was signed. After a great deal of bickering I finally agreed to pay $500.00 for a treatment that I didn't want.
The Adventure Pack included an Engel 17 litre fridge/freezer, 16" alloy wheels and tyres, front fog lights, rear bumper protector, front mud flaps and a $500.00 Columbia Voucher. When we picked up the car there was no fridge and no front mud flaps. I asked for the fridge and was told by the salesman that there was one fridge in the sales managers office but that he thought that it was already accounted for. The sales manager reluctantly gave us the fridge, he was visibly upset and told us that we had got a much better deal than we should have.
On getting the car home I discovered that the engine had extensive surface corrosion on all the aluminium surfaces, the left hand rear bumper skin was loose and rattling , one of the securing bolts on the left hand rear mudflap was missing and 5 of the plastic fasteners on the rear bumper skin were missing. I took the car back to them to get these problems rectified, they replaced 1 plastic fastener which stopped the bumper skin rattling. The salesman gave me a set of front mudflaps. I was told by the service manager that the corrosion was normal and that I should spray the engine with WD40. I checked under the bonnets of 6 other new Subarus and there was no sign of corrosion on any of them!
We have been in contact with the salesman on numerous occasions to try to get a copy of the extended warranty and also the Colombia Voucher which we should have received as part of the Adventure Pack. He told us that the appropriate documents had been sent to Subaru Australia and that we should be hearing from them shortly. Lastly he informed my wife that there was no way that we would be getting the Columbia voucher as a number had not been allocated to us, despite us having paid for it!
I removed the rear bumper skin to fit some reversing sensors only to discover that 5 of the 6 nuts that secured the towbar were located right on the outer end of their threads; I then checked the 4 towbar securing bolts under the car, 1 was tight the other 3 were only finger tight. The towbar would have fallen off whilst towing conceivably with disastrous results. If this is Highway Autos standard of service it will only a matter of time before one of the vehicles that they service is involved in a serious accident due to their criminal negligence!
I contacted Subaru Australia who were horrified when they learnt about towbar, they also informed me that they had not received any documentation from Highway Auto regarding the extended warranty or the Columbia voucher and that they would contact Highway Auto to rectify the matter. Evidently Highway Auto were most uncooperative, what a surprise, and in the end Subaru Australia organised the extended warranty and Columbia Voucher themselves without Highway Auto's assistance.
We have just received a letter from the salesman asking us to recommend them to friends, relatives and associates! Sould a sale eventuate they would give us $150.00. We will be telling all our friends, relatives and associates about our experience with Highway Auto, unfortunately for Highway Auto it will not be the kind of publicity that they are looking for!
How this company remains in business is beyond me. The employees that we dealt with were inept, uncaring and untruthful!

I took our dog in to have her teeth cleaned and scaled and the results were satisfactory. I was sold a bottle of Aquadent supposedly to help keep her teeth clean, Aquadent is added to the dog's drinking water. Aquadent contains XYlitol which is toxic to dogs, when I spoke to the receptionist about this her answer was " we've never had any problems with it. I asked to speak to the vet and was told very rudely that I would have to make another consultation to speak with him at the normal fee. I felt that given that I had just spent $315 on my dog that I should at least be able to question the vet regarding this product. Her general attitude was appalling, she is a liability to Petvac and should be dealt with accordingly!
