The restaurant area is always dirty. At a kids party I had the misfortune of sitting near a bin. It was so stinky I almost vomitted. They never have anything I order no matter what time or what item from the menu I want. The don't have decaf and the coffee is shit anyway.

Excellent staff. Value for money. Appointments are attended to promptly - no waiting. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. The owner works there and suoervises the whole operation.
