I recently made a complaint on their website and was absolutely amazed at our seriously they took my feedback. My complaint was dealt with promptly and professionally. The staff at the Browns Plains store went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after and went above and beyond. Good to know that Rays Outdoors takes their customers' satisfaction very seriously. Good to know that they value what we think. Will definitely be going back to this store again!!!
