Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Things can go wrong with an order and it's all about both parties listening and putting themselves in each others' shoes, and hopefully sorting it out. Very unimpressed with the communication and way my order was handled. Needless to say, I won't be returning, there are plenty other places with delicious baked goods who treat their customers with respect and a smile.
