We signed a fixed contract to renovate two bathrooms for $33,500, with us supplying all the new fixtures, tiles etc. We had paid 70% of cost as per agreement, balance was due on completion. Suddenly they left the premises without completing 2nd bathroom and demanded a further 30% over and above quoted price. Work done was shoddy and first bathroom was unusable as it leaked massively downstairs into laundry below cause ceiling to collapse. They damaged the new vanity, threw out our good blinds, mixed grout on our carpets, (damaged beyond repair, need to be replaced). Tiles were not properly grouted in but silicone was used instead, door frames and window frames all damaged, floor edges incomplete. THEY then took us to VCAT to try and force us to pay not only remaining balance but excessive increase in cost. VCAT ordered them to undertake 20 items to complete and repair damages. They did not comply, we returned to VCAT and they were ordered to pay us compensation which they did not do. They never supplied Plumbing certificates. The owner Joseph, who is the only person we have ever dealt with and is the person who took us to VCAT turned up to VCAT and said he was only a part time worker. The business is registered as ORAN CONSTRUCTION under his children's names...so that he cannot be held responsible. It will cost us in excess of $20,000 to complete and repair bathrooms. First bathroom has to be ripped up as they failed to put down waterproofing membrane. Our carpets are ruined. Whatever you do stay clear of Bathrooms R Us, they advertise in Leader Newspaper and True Local. BEWARE!

Spray on paving. Bad job. Keeps promising to come back and fix lifting and cracking paving. Over sprayed windows, front door, garage door! One year of promises this company offers 15 year guarantee but refuses to come back. Every appointment made is cancelled or just doesn't turn up. Only takes cash, promised to supply invoice and receipt but this was never given. What ever you do don't use this shonky company. Have report to consumer affairs and will be informing ACCC and ATO.

Rod and April run this small friendly pharmacy. What a pleasure compared to the expensive don't care attitude from the large chemists. They know who you are they care how you are. You get professional advice if necessary and even home delivery. They offer monthly accounts which is convenient. Friendly service with a smile. Highly recommend this small pharmacy...just like the "good old days"
