Why does it take so long to speak on the phone now? Why are several who work at the desk very rude, also. This place has got much worse.
I finally got through and this rude receptionist hung up on me??????

Lots of businesses take requests, which means they don't want to say NO to anything you asked for, even though they know it's a NO. They do this so you think you will get what you want and when you get there you put up with it. We flew to Sydney from Melbourne for our 25th anniversary and we could only eat at Aria's if we had an early dinner, plus we requested a window table. When I rang to check if we had a window table, I was told their policy only take requests............meaning they won't say Yes, or NO. They expect people to pay several hundred dollars, tollerate early dinners which are at 5pm and there's no one to complain to, if you wish to complain. I cancelled!!
