the worst experience EVER! this website was advertised through paypal as a christmas partner. firstly the discount code would not work on thier website, since they do not EVER answer their phone and are slow to reply to emails it took a week to actually get my order through still at the wrong price, this was rectified via a partial refund. order was placed on 7/12 yet i still have not received my item as of 20/12 and yes it is for xmas. i have been chasing it up via phone and email. THEY NEVER RESPOND! should not be in business - BUYER BEWARE

what a shocker. purchased large S & P wall clock valued at 169, clock never worked from day 1, it's stuck on 11.45. phoned store several times, no return phone calls. was unable to locate receipt as i'd just moved house but was able to provide credit card statement showing the transaction. still not good enough for them, and had to wait 3 weeks and mke a couple more calls after providing my statement to be told they couldn't return clock to their supplier unless they have proof of purchase. let me point out again that the item is FAULTY. they have many clocks on display, interested to know if one of those was faulty does somebody have to buy it in order for them to return to their supplier? would think not.

have had many cakes over the years all of which have been lovely. wedding cake in particular was a stunner, handmade sugar flowers etc. many suggestions were made in order to save us money without compromising too much on the 'look' we were after. we did visit the shop on a busy day and found it a little crowded so decided to make appointment and visit again later, was worthwhile as the quote was quite a bit cheaper than others. would reccomend for novelty cakes, have only 1 child and so far she's had the most amazing birthday cakes.
