Very accommodating( I realised at the last minute that I had over booked my day and, and I was panicking because I am going to a black tie Gala Event which is why I wanted my lashes done, so she worked out a way to fit me in even though she was fully booked herself!) She takes great pride in what she does and I felt very confident that I was getting a top quality service. After-care instructions are promtly emailed after the appt. As for my new lashes, what a striking difference! And no mascara needed! No more ugly smudges and morning panda eyes. Love it! Highly recommend!
