My experience with Diana removals from start to finish has been amazing. Two months ago when I put my belongings into the storage boxes at their Clayton warehouse, the team were so helpful, friendly and made one part of the moving out process so less stressful. I realised at the last minute I needed 3 storage boxes not 2 box and this was no big issue for the office to make happen. Whenever I would access my storage boxes at the warehouse, the lady who opened the boxes for me was courteous and professional. Access to bathroom is missing but I wasn’t too worried about it. Most recently the re-delivery of the stored items to the new address was a little complicated but the team were so helpful in working through the available means. In the end I got all my items that were stored back in the same condition it was before the storage. I highly recommend this company.

We needed to store household items from living room and kitchen for two months whilst renovating floors of the house. To have a solution of using rental boxes to store the items in our backyard was not only time efficient. It is an added convenience as there is no lost time and no travelling costs to an offsite storage facility. The delivery of the Box rental company was so quick and easy thanks to the staff and delivery method! Will use them again!

It was good and worth the price. But recently they increased the prices by a lot so feels less happy.
