Completely transparent in how they source their ingredients and honest about what they put into their cupcakes, they simply make the best cupcakes I've ever had. The staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions you have about the cupcakes. All the cupcakes are baked fresh every day.

Atmosphere is quite nice, the staff are attentive and friendly. They have a good variety of food and beverages on offer. Prices are average. They don't rush you out so you can sit and enjoy your meal or drink and stay for as long as you'd like.

The servings here are big. Make sure to ask the staff how big each serving is but I'd recommend sharing with someone. The staff are always super friendly and make you feel comfortable. It's a great atmosphere and great food with great value. They're also quite big so you could book a table for a big group with no issues, just book a little bit in advance.

This store (from experience) gives you slightly larger portions than the Chinatown store. Not sure if this is by chance or intentional. The store is a lot bigger so it can seat a lot more. Staff are efficient and friendly. Definitely a favourite to go with friends to fulfil my sugar craving.

Dessert story is really popular and their offerings are actually pretty nice. This particular store is really small and often you'll be cramped onto a table that leaves you very little room to move and eat. The prices are decent for what you get. But I personally recommend going to the Swanston St store.

There was one time where they mixed up my order, and when I told them they almost didn't believe me until I showed them the receipt. Then instead of making a new one for me, they simply scooped out about half and put in the correct one on top but once I stirred it with my spoon it was obvious what they had done to save on time and costs.

I would still go here if I was nearby, but I'd probably make the extra walk to the Swanston St store instead.

Came here for a quick lunch, the food took a reasonable amount of time to arrive after ordering. The staff were friendly and weren't pushy for orders. Food itself was pretty decent but some of the prices for certain items can be a bit steep for what you get.

These guys are more Korean based so there's a lot more Korean songs although there is a good amount of classic English karaoke songs. The prices aren't too bad but you don't get any bonuses with the price you pay.

Song selection may get difficult or confusing if you're searching for a certain language as it is somewhat Chinese based in terms of the selection screen. Song variety isn't too bad with a good mix of languages. Usually you get back what you pay in the form of food and drinks.

Song variety here is pretty good. Lots of English songs as well as other languages. Might have a little trouble finding the correct songs as it might get confusing between songs with the same name. Searching for songs is done entirely on the selection screen, i.e. there aren't the usual big books with song lists where you can browse, all browsing is done on a single screen which is also used for selection, skipping, background singer options. Depending on the type of session you pick and price you pay, you may be given an "allowance" to use on food or beverages.

Pretty decent pricing compared with some other places. Song choices are pretty good too with lots of variety. Their customer service isn't too shabby either.
