I had my car serviced here, and the cost ended up $300 over the quoted price, and I was phoned 10 minutes after I'd left there and asked to return because the mechanic had forgotten to check something before releasing my car. And, to make matters worse, my car is running no better now than it did before the service! Very disappointing

A great fun environment with staff who actually listen to what it is you're after. Very friendly staff, can sometimes run a little behind time, but not too often. They do excellent cut and colours

My last experience with The Dog Spa soured the whole experience I had with them as an existing customer. I took a rabbit in to be groomed and while he was in their care, his leg was broken. I know accidents happen, but when I arrived at the clinic they tried to first tell me that I had sent him there with a broken leg, and then try to charge me around $800 to have the leg pinned and set. Eventually they agreed to treat him at their own expense, but after several operations where the pins slipped etc, I had to have my beloved bunny put to sleep because he was suffering so much. What should have been a routine visit became a 3 month nightmare and Im sorry but I cannot recommend this service to anyone. As I said, accidents happen, but to then deny blame and try to charge me to fix their mistakes... not very good customer service and they definitely lost a customer because of this.

I took my 6 month old puppy to be groomed for the first time and i was so happy with not only the finished result, but with the overall feel and service provided to Isaac and I. He wasn't treated like a customer, but like a member of the family and judging by his reaction he loved his time there. And they sell the cutest accessories... i will be going back time and time again!!!

I have entrusted my pets health and well being to the vets at this vet clinic for over 20 years and have had NO problems. Staff are great; friendly, efficient, compassionate. I would not think of taking my pets elsewhere and cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done for us over the years.
