I had a blow wave done with Michelle. She did amazing job - washed my hair 3 times with shampoo, conditioned, did a short scalp massage and blowed my hair beautifully and gently.

I have finally found a hair salon with Olaplex near my house who can do the way I like! No yellow or orange blonde anymore. All ladies are so lovely. Highly recommended.

Steven was available to clean my roof gutters next day which is today. He was punctual, trustworthy,did the job properly and not in a rush. I had full head of foils done at one of the hair salons in but the hairdresser did not put a toner on my hair so I left the salon with undone bluish blonde color. Next day I went to the Second Ave salon because it simply was the first salon I've seen. Asked if they can fix the color. Sam the owner of the salon did amazing job by putting the right toner to fix the color, plus made my dark roots lighter so they were not that obvious in contrast with blonde.I am really happy and would go there again to check how they will do my foils!

These guys are really AMAZING! I've never felt so welcome as I've walked into a salon before. One of the best experiences I've ever had. I had a cut and highlights/foils done and they were both.....WOW! I've had problems in the past with my blonde being a bit blahhh and dull but this one has so much pop!! A gorgeous pearl/ash blonde combo :-) I love that feeling when you walk out of a salon feeling amazing....and that's what happened! Hope to be back real soon. I can't remember their names but the staff were happy, friendly, very professional and loved what they did for a job. God that makes such a difference!! Actually felt like I was hanging out with friends. These guys are great!

I bought a voucher for Shellac manicure in this salon because it was on Chapel Street.When i came in my appointment was delayed for 45 minutes and I had to wait there. I have had the worst manicure in my life!!! The beautician did not clean my cuticles. I asked for a round shape for nails but got a square one. Shapes were different on few fingers and I always had to ask her to correct it please. My hands and under nails were dirty and she did not clean them before starting to apply nail polish so all the dirt got messed with the polish. she kept taking nail polish away and applying again and again. There were only few colors to choose from: black, dark blue, bright pink, red and white. I got a head ache and wanted to leave asap. Shellac machine is very old.Just terrible!

I have been in Australia 3 and a half years now and have had a lot of disasters with my hair, that was until I came across Rokk Ebony Toorak. I have been going to this salon now for about 2 and a half years and cannot praise it highly enough. Johnathan cuts my hair beautifully, knowing exactly what suits me and I can trust him to make any changes in style with confidence knowing that he will get it right. The service in the salon is fantastic, every stylist and junior knows all of the regular customers by first name and are extremely courteous and cannot do enough for you. An added bonus is a lovely cappuccino or glass of wine.
Anybody that I have recommended is also equally delighted.

I received a very good consultation and advise about my hair cut and color. Emily was very helpful and friendly and nice and super professional. After the consultation she gave me free hair Kerastase samples. When I came back in a week I received amazing hair cut, great blonde color and amazing service! so so happy and highly recommend! Their coffees and chocolates are great too!
