Lack of care and respect from practice manager and team

I've been a patient at this medical practice for a while, and unfortunately, I've had issues with the management and reception staff. Although the doctors and nurses I've interacted with are caring and professional, the practice manager has been dismissive of my recently raised concerns, failing to respond in a timely manner and disengaging without discussion. I offered to meet with the practice manager to discuss my concerns, but they ignored my proposal, showing no willingness to listen or address my issues. This lack of care and respect is unprofessional and concerning.
It's clear that patient care and satisfaction are not a priority for the management team. Interacting with the practice manager and reception staff often feels like dealing with any run-of-the-mill business, rather than a medical clinic that should prioritise patient care and compassion. The reception staff seem more focused on administrative tasks than attending to patients' needs, leaving patients waiting in long lines before they are attended to. Furthermore, the long wait times to see health professionals are unacceptable. These failings may be a staffing issue, which is the responsibility of the practice manager to address, and another fail on their part. Poor customer service, poor communication, and poor time management are evident in the clinic's inability to manage patient flow and respond to concerns in a timely manner.
The very poor Google reviews for this clinic are another testament to the poor management provided by the practice manager, who is clearly ignoring feedback they are given to improve patient care, especially considering that not one of the reviews has had a response from the clinic to reassure patients that feedback is taken seriously and actioned. I hope the practice takes my concerns and those raised by others seriously and addresses them to provide better care and service. A medical clinic should prioritise empathy, understanding, patient-centred care, and a willingness to actively engage with issues raised by patients in a caring and respectful manner; I hope to see improvements in these areas.

Locked out of apartment building and apartment itself! Justin arrived sooner than estimated and within minutes we were inside. He was friendly and professional throughout. A lifesaver!
