A busy takeaway and also eat in store on the main highway. Vanilla and caramel milkshakes were the order of the day and were well made and nice. All the usual takeaway items available here too. Nice dining area too

Stopped here and enjoyed turkey schnitzels in this nice bistro area. Very welcoming country hotel with accommodation and meals available. Another good break on the trip home

While travelling Adelaide-Melbourne-Adelaide we stopped at 3 McDonald's restaurants. Not one of them gave the expected service. Melton gave takeaway instead of dine in and did not have some McCafe products. Rockbank also served takeaway style instead of dine in even for McCafe and coke was served instead of the ordered thickshake. Stawell had no thickshake machines working so we left without buying anything. The staff did not care about real service at any of the Victorian outlets. Improvement is needed

Stopped here for the night to relax before returning to Adelaide from Melbourne. Very nice hotel, good service and lovely meals. Had a light dinner in the sports bar and breakfast in the restaurant area. The room was comfortable with a lounge and spacious bathroom and a balcony. Would like to have spent more time there but needed to return home

We have been looking to upgrade our car and found something that interested us. Rang John Genovese and negotiated an outcome suitable to us. Drove from Adelaide and traded in our car and everything was as it should be. John was very helpful and we are happy with the friendly and professional service that we received. Thank you John for your care

Stayed one night here and it was clean and functional. Comfortable bed, no fridge, no telephone, had a tv, no chairs but had one stool. So long as you know what to expect it can be value for money. It was booked out as a large conference was being held in Melbourne. It appears as though there is a standard design for these Budget Hotels by Ibis. There is a place for them but would not feel comfortable for longer than a night.

Had a very nice pie and milkshake here in this cafe back in the main street. The seating area is over three shops connected together and it is a busy spot. We only just found a table. Quickly cleared when free and a pleasant lunch spot.

Just had coffee here before moving onwards. Well kept cafe with friendly and efficient staff. Nice coffee. Nice menu for those who wish to eat. Also open in the evenings with a good dinner menu

Had a very nice breakfast of bacon and eggs at this cafe. Plenty of bacon toast and nicely cooked eggs. Nicely presented eating area which also has a large selection of eat in and takeaway foods available. Good coffee too. Enjoyed our break there. Gluten free options available which is good

My wife and I had our dinner here at the Union Hotel. Nice country dining room with a good menu. The t-bone steaks took our fancy and we enjoyed the nicely cooked meals. Very well priced too and very tender. Good country meat. This was the only hotel serving meals which was a surprise. A good experience.
