All of the comments were justified because when I employed Robert and his team I received outstanding service. One of his team solved the technical problems and Robert visited me to solve a problem with Microsoft Office. He is an excellent professional and has fabulous interpersonal skills. He was able to solve the problem with Microsoft Office very quickly. He explained what he was doing with my computer and discussed with me some of the big picture issues in the world of IT. His fees are reasonable and given his expertise are great value for money. I will certainly be using his expertise in any future problems I might have, and am recommending him to my friends.
