We have been to Mercers a few times and have not been disappointed yet. The service is fantastic - attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable about their menu and wine list.
The food is lovely - fresh, tasty and not unnecessarily complicated.
It is at the higher end for cost for the overall meal but a great spot for a special occasion. Will continue to go here.

We came here for a wine tasting. It does appear to be aiming more for the sit in cafe patron now of which there were quite a few. It has a pleasant feel, nicely furnished and had some live music playing.
Having not been here for a while, it is extremely disappointing to see how the winery grounds have been let go. All the beautiful roses have died and the vines are found between rows of weeds.
I would not go back for the wine tasting but it would be a nice place to sit and have a glass or so and some cheese.

The part that you pay to get in to is very good, children from the age of 5ish upwards would get a lot out of it. Our 3 year old wasn't much interested. We had resisted going here for a while but it was good.
The service in the cafe however leaves a lot to be desired. Very very slow and not all that friendly. Once the order got in (after about 25 minutes to put it in), the order comes very fast.

We popped in here to check it out just after it had opened and to get an ice cream. There were not a lot of flavors to choose from but the 4 different ones we got were all delicious. Would certainly pop back in for another if we were going past!
It is a "chocolate shop", not really much to see of the making process but LOTS available to buy, a bit expensive I thought though.
There is also a large cafe in which the food looked really nice. Has great views. Will be a lovely spot to spend some time once the landscaping matures.

Overrated.
A group of 8 of us ate here so we had a wide variety of dishes. None were stand out, none were bad, they were all mediocre. Opinion is harsher due to high expectations BUT I have had nicer Malaysian food in the “suburbs”. The roti which is meant to be “amazing”, was ordinary, again, have had much better.

The service was non-existent and when they did come to us, obliging but not very friendly. Prices were reasonable for the dishes, with the exception of the roti dishes, way over priced.
Décor is nice but it is a very noisy restaurant. We had a baby crying at a table about 10m from us for most of the night, we hardly heard it though due to all the other noise.

I would not go back and would not recommend. Yes I have been to Malaysia, yes I have eaten Malaysian many times.

I have attended this salon twice now for a cut and half head of foils. I have been very happy with the result both times, Jodie does a lovely cut.
The service from everyone is very friendly and relaxed, there is no pushing you in and out. The salon is nice and not too noisy.

My 3 year old daughter attended the Greensborough location for a term. I found that the teacher lacked warmth and rarely interacted with the girls (outside of her "instructing") and it was unusual for her to interact with the parents.
The quality of what they were doing was poor. It was more imagination play rather than actually showing them how to do x or y properly. I appreciate at this age they are limited but there are things they can do and should be shown how to do it correctly. For the price I expect a lot more to come out of it.
By the end of the term my daughter was bored of it, they did the same thing every week and didn't learn a lot.

We went to Enzos for a lunch with my parents and 3 year old. The food was wonderful, the service amazing. The gentleman attending us for very pleasant and interacted with our daughter well. It is expensive overall when you buy drinks as well but worth it for a nice occasion.
It was lovely going at lunch time, nice and relaxed and not noisy.

We had a lovely dinner out here with 6 mums. I opted for pasta which was very nice but the pizzas looked and smelt amazing. They have some different pizzas that I havent seen before which is a nice change.
Service was very attentive and friendly but not pushy. We will go back for sure.

I have taken my 3 year old daughter here a few times. They do an ok cut - they often push you to do something other than I have asked for.
Moneywise they cost the same as a standard hairdresser. They are not the friendliset people. It seems to be a rolling chain of get them in and out as fast as possible.
One of the things they have going for them is the themed chairs and televisions.
My daughter has never had a problem with going to the hairdressers so I can not comment on their ability to deal with a child not wanting to get their hair cut other than when I have seen other kids.
