Back in August I wanted a quote for plastic blinds and a roll curtain for my kitchen. They were keen to take the money and promised me the world. Finally when the poor installer came to fit the blinds he was also told to tell me that I could not get my roller blind for the kitchen. I was livid they had sent this poor chap who did have enough screws to finish the jobs and told him to tell ,e the bad news. Well I was straight onto the phone to the company and the person I first talked to could not have cared less, I was only a little pawn in their big business, so I got hold of their Sydney phone number and rang them the next day and boy did things start to happen then, heads rolled, the Rep coped a serve for saying he could supply something he couldn't and up the chain it went. It took a while to get the rest of our money back and I think there were some pretty poor bottoms as there should have been. I went with this company because of them being a big name but no more mr nice guy from me. Please have a good think before you use them.

This store is one of the friendliest I have ever been in to. Shop the specials and get them to send you e-mails every week and you will do well. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and will guide you through the process of buying any sort of meat, chicken amongst other things. Even if you spend $100 you walk out smiling because of the friendly atmosphere of the place.

Wow, finally a decent fish and chip place that is local. They do quality fish and you can ask for more expensive fish if you desire. Their prawn cutlets are to die for. Service is great and quick. It seems they do a breakfast as well, we are going to check that one out soon, so stayed tuned. Only one thing on a Friday and Saturday nights you will have to like noisy cars because they come to that area to show off, so sit back enjoy the fast and noisy cars while you eat a great meal. Oh they do take away as well.

I found all of the staff to be very understanding and very, very easy to get on with. They kept you up to date with all details of the repair work, giving you regular updates, even for the more minor things. These people went out of their way to be helpful and it was not the stressful situation it could have been, they made it seem really easy and it was good quality work and they cared about the car as if it was their own, fantastic.
