I've now been to The Smile Place twice. I don't give WOW's ,a pity but the dental team and staff are deserving of a triple WOW.

Technically they are outstanding. I've never been to a dental surgery before that is so well equipped,friendly,prepared to listen to one's ramblings and more importantly DO THE JOB.

My first visit was to x-ray my teeth. Today's visit was to clean them. A brilliant job Andrew Schertel and your nurse.

OK, so I'm back in a couple of weeks for a filling. I'm sure you'll be gentle.

Ben from the Drainman arrived at 6am Friday morning to clear a kitchen disconnector trap on a rear wall of my house. Nothing was a bother. I couldn't have hoped for a more friendly guy who ensured this "elderly" knew what was being done and why.

A metre down,using CCTV, he identified tree roots,grease and fats were the cause of the blockage. Ben also checked the sewer drain and storm water drainage. No probs there.

Within two hours problems resolved he headed off.

Thanks Ben you and The Drainman deserve a pat on the back for being so friendly and getting the job done in a coupe of hours without any dramas.
