DO NOT RISK USING ALL CARPETS IN PERTH - if I could give a ZERO score, I would!! All Carpets DO NOT list a business address, an ABN nor an ACN on their website, so I'm not sure if they are a legitimate, registered business - BEWARE!!! I did an ASIC website ABN search - no listing was found!! All Carpets have ruined my carpet, put a gouge in my staircase, and caused damage to my neighbours floorboards requiring complete replacement!! All Carpets attended my property, along with our neighbour across the road, in September 2020. We have had ongoing correspondence with them without any resolution whatsoever - they continue to deny responsibility or liability for damage, even though evidence against them is overwhelming. Carpets were left soaking wet and took almost 48 hours to dry (Friday 11am to Sunday 10am) website suggests 4-8 hrs drying time. While soaking wet, we had no choice but to walk on the saturated carpets as our bedrooms & bathrooms are on the second floor - we were not warned of the possibility of the carpet stretching if we were to repeatedly walk on the carpets while wet or damp. Over the next few months, our carpets have gradually stretched, along with large and unslightly ripples appearing. I have photo evidence that the carpets were in perfect condition prior to All Carpets steam cleaning, and now every room is rippled and bubbled (see photos). We didn't move large furniture in preparation for the cleaning e.g. beds, chests of drawers, gym equipment etc - the carpet untouched by All Carpets steam cleaning remains in perfect condition, without any visible stretching or rippling - everywhere All Carpets cleaned, and everywhere the carpets were left saturated, stretching and rippling has occured and over time has gradually worsened. My neighbours carpets were also soaked for 2 days, however they were able to avoid walking on theirs until dry. Along with sustaining this carpet damage, the technician also dropped his large cleaning canister from my top landing onto the second stair (of our brand new staircase) leaving a gouge on that step. I immediatey sent photo evidence, along with reference to saturated carpets, however this was ignored and was never acknowledged by All Carpets. I was also required to assist the technician with carrying his cleaning equipment both up and down our staircase, even though All Carpets knew our cleaning requirements were on the second floor. Had I not been available or physically able to assist the technician, I shudder at the thought of the extensive damage he likely would have caused. When he left our property, and crossed over to the neighbours, the technician left puddles of water, for long periods of time, on their timber floorboards while carrying out steam cleaning in adjacent rooms (which I witnessed and eventually mopped up myself) they are meant to put down a protective covering - again All Carpets refuse to accept liabillity for this damage - my neighbours have since totally replaced ALL floorboards throughout their home (home owners insurance claim). So, on the SAME day, using the SAME antiquated equipment, the SAME technician from All Carpets damaged both my property and my neighbours property, and regardless of evidence, pages upon pages of back and forth correspondence, they reject both our claim and our neighbours claim. DO NOT RISK USING ALL CARPETS, AS THEIR ONLINE MANTRA "satisfaction guaranteed" IS DECEIVING AND INACCURATE. Prior to the attendance of All Carpets along with the prolonged wetness left behind by their equipment/technician, there was absolutely NO visible evidence of stretching or rippling whatsoever.

This review is for Herdsman Auto Service, Osborne Park WA

I took my Renault Koleos to Herdsman Auto Service when a warning light appeared "fuel injection fault" - they claim they checked it out, charged me $110, went straight home and the vehicle sat in my garage for the next 3 days. I took it out on the fourth day, within a km of home the light came on again. I immediately went back to Herdsman Auto Service - they claimed they couldn't do any more and I would need to take it to Renault. Did so only to find out there was a major fuel leak - how did Herdsmen miss this??? I rang Herdsman and suggested a refund of the $110 they charged, they said there wasn't a fuel leak at the time - so what, the fuel leak developed in the 3 days it sat in my garage?? I don't think so - they missed it - won't refund my money, so they have lost a customer forever. Would even have been happy if they refunded half as a goodwill gesture - bad customer service I think!!

Approximate cost: $110
