Your team player Alex Wiles visited us about 2 weeks ago and he had done a great job at my home. He assisted us to trouble shoot and resolve the problems with the extremely patience, excellent technical knowledge and professional customer service skills.
Meanwhile he advised us to do the regular maintenance job for our water cooling and duct heating system because it looks like the previous owners had never done this before.
