I called Kon and he quote me over the phone a competitive rate. He came out the same day I called and got the door fixed. Kon is very professional, polite and good at what he does. Great clinic, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My dog is a regular visitor after an accident. I have seen 3 specialists now due to time of appointments, and find they all know what they are talking about. But you might find one who's approach you prefer the most in dealing with your pet. I haven't had any issues with getting appointments or long delays in appointments.
