If youre like me and cant stick to a gym plan regularly, your gym offers casual passes and the place is small enough not to put you off. It still offers classes and has all the usual equipment and weights. Highly recommended. Theyre not pushy like at some other gyms I've been to where they try and push you to become a member.
I'd never been to a pilates class until somebody recommended this place to me. This centre is modern, clean and calm. Staff have all been very professional and I think I'm feeling the benefits already having been there for about 10 weeks now. Exercise physiologists and physiotherapists conduct the sessions. I started out 1 on 1 and am now 2 on 1. Nice and small and personal. Highly recommended. I gave value 4 stars because how much rebate you get back from your health fund depends on the fund.
Separated from the main bar by a door, this place has been converted into a gastropub. Food was OK. Not that many vegetarian choices so I ended up having a mushroom entree which was very small. Food was at an expected quality. Good for a night out.

When you first walk in it really does have a "WOW" factor to the place. Great decor. Very European feel. Food was ok. I had the Leek and Marscapone tortellini - a bit on the oily side with the tortellini swimming in butter. Maybe thats how the dish is - rich. Had the chocolate tart - that was really nice - recommended by our waiter and I would certainly recommend it. Good for a night out but a bit on the pricey side.

We arrived at lunchtime and there was a queue of about 10 people ahead of us. Interesting interior. We only waited (20 minutes) because we had driven all the way there to try the place. Food and coffee was good but the waits were quite long because the place was packed. There are probably other similar cafes where you dont have to queue up!!! But worth a visit just to have a peek at the decor.

I've been to Italy 1 quite a few times and the meals have been fine and as expected. Maybe pricing doesnt seem so bad ( see comments below) because its in the Entertainment book so there a 25% discount. Typical dark woody sort of decor and European atmosphere.

Solid Thai restaurant. A bit on the pricey side but food and presentation and menu a bit different from your normal Thai restaurants. Recommend the Miang Karm as an appetiser - something different!

We came here for a late lunch and had the whole restaurant to ourselves. It felt very classy, food and service was excellent -well we were the only customers so that wasnt that difficult. I did enjoy my meal though. Classical Italian but all very nice. Would make a nice evening out too.

This is a lovely little restaurant in Carlton. Great for a special dinner out. Food was excellently presented. I have to recommend the Chocolate parfait. I dragged a friend along on my second visit especially to experience the chocolate parfait. I thought that was pretty special and worth a visit. Not telling you more!!

This is a great little cafe with views of albert park lake. Great place for coffee or for lunch -also child friendly. Theres a huge group table in the middle if you cant get an individual table. Lots of yummy cafe food choices and hot choices too. Sometimes they did a Laksa which was really yummy.
