The quality of the work this company offered was satisfactory, however I found the customer service very poor, the fitter is rude and unaccommodating. Also they are advertise as a mobile service but to my knowledge they do not come to you, you have to go to them. There are other baby car seat fitters more deserving of your business believe me.

I have had a very negative experience with the car seat fitter 'Baby on Board' that operates out of Baby Bunting Balwyn. I had booked my in for my baby seat to be fitted and after arriving a few minutes late to a guy lazing back in the back of his van playing with his phone,he refused to fit the seat a I was late and he was busy (playing with his phone). I was very sincerely sorry and explained after driving all the way from Brighton I would really appreciate it if he could keep my appointment and he replied sorry I am too busy. He clearly was not busy so I went into the store and spoke to the manager who also could not have cared less.
I was so disappointed with the service, not only would I expect such a business to be understanding of the difficulty in keep to strict appointments with two young kids but they were more than happy for me to walk away with a car seat that had not been securely fitted.
If you need a car seat fitted do not choose Baby Bunting/Baby on Board if you expect courteous service or staff that actually care about the safety of your children.

I had inquired about attending classes, and was disappointed to have to leave several messages on a voice mail before someone returned my call over a week later.

When my call was returned the attendant could not answer my questions and was again going to call me back when she spoke with her superior and again no one called me back.

I had to call several times again only to be treated very rudely by Celest the lady in charge who could not accommodate or fit me into classes that were already purchased in advance and given to me as a present, and as a result I asked for my money back. She has agreed to return my money however it was not without an appalling attitude again when she slammed the phone down in my ear.

I feel I had every right to request my voucher be refunded after receiving such bad service and also considering they sold classes that were not actually available.

The experience I have had with Soul Pilates has been appalling, our family lives in Albert Park and uses the MSAC facilities a lot and have always been very happy with the service until now. Soul pilates reflects poorly on the MSAC organisation

I visit the city salon and have done for years. I find the service and quality cuts and colour fantastic. They are however priced very high but I feel it is worth it for the service I receive.

I can't comment on the food but I buy coffee here a lot, it is fantastic and the taste is consistent, very important. Also they charge much lower than others in the area for coffee and have a coffee rewards cards, always nice to be rewarded for loyalty.

I have been here a few times and find the price and expertise pretty good, they do a great job and are priced very competitively. I have on a couple of occasions been disappointed in the staff, I don't always feel like they really care or want to be there, however I would still recommend this place if you are after expert service.

We purchased a mattress here for out son's first bed. The staff were fabulous and helpful. They had great product knowledge but best of all they gave us a fantastic discount on a great quality mattress. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a mattress.

This place was fantastic. We brought a hall runner and rug at a very reasonable price. The customer service was amazing and after a previous bad experience with a rug store in Bentleigh we were so Happy to receive such great service and prices. I highly recommend King of Rugs if you are looking for affordability, quality and service.

This is a great store for Maternity wear. Designs are great, value for money is fantastic but above all the service is exceptional. I visited their South Yarra store recently and was amazed by the service, the girl who served me was friendly, courteous, polite and had excellent product knowledge. I was happy to spend my money there.

This was by far the worst shopping experience of my life. The service I received from M and M rugs was above and beyond appalling to say the least. With in 2 minutes of entering this store with the intention of spending a significant amount of money, I was treated so poorly it was almost unbelievable.
The staff were unnecessarily rude and abrupt with little to no product knowledge.
They were so unprepared to help me and when I finally got some one to speak to me about a rug, I asked of it's origin and durability and was in not so many words told I was ignorant, I suggested I had every right to ask and meant no offense and was asked to leave the store and shop somewhere else.
Yes this really happened, I could not believe it, they actually had me in tears I was so shocked. I had purchased here before the service was poor then also but nothing compared to this experience.
I would never recommend M and M rugs to anyone.
