Bryan and Anne Baker are both very experienced in the Property Management business. They manage my rental property for me and I have found them to be extremely helpful, friendly, prompt and excellent in communicating with me along the whole process of seeking suitable tenants.
I have never had such a good rapport with a managing agent.
Their fees are well below their competitors and they provide a much higher standard of service.

I purchased a used car with interstate registration from this dealer. I was promised 12 months Victorian registration upon expiry of the interstate registration (in 3 months time). When the time came to change it over, the dealer denied making any such offer. This has now cost me $1400 to make the changeover myself. Basically, I was conned. Ripped off. Wouldn't buy from them again!

They will bring items in for me to look at, they will search the city for something to match my desires. The jeweler who remodeled my ring turned it into exactly how I wanted it, it is perfect! The service is very professional and my repairs have always been ready on time. Having jewelers work on site is a bonus. Great service!
