Totally positive from my first interaction via telephone.

Upon arriving I discovered that this facility was completely different to any other veterinary facility I'd ever visited before - the staff were all interactive simultaneously with pet patients and their owners alike.

There was real team work in action and the resident cats really made a positive impact!

Dr Charles earned my total confidence upon meeting and I had absolutely no doubt that he was the most suitable and qualified surgeon to perform the surgery my dog required.

The required procedure was fully explained to me by Dr Charles and great emphasis was given as to necessary post operative care required, hence, a stipulation of the surgery was that all the necessary arrangements were in place prior to surgery which was imperative for the best results.

Immediately after the surgery I was contacted by Dr Charles with an update and I was again very impressed by the high level of personal service extended, along with the degree of monitoring Medor's recovery since his operation.
