We sue Couriers Please regularly and are impressed with the local franchiser, Peter - Cheltenham, VIC. He is polite, punctual, knowledgeable and a genuine asset to our business, and always has good advice and is pleasant and polite, and I recommend him as well as Couriers Please in general as a whole company for reliable service for nationwide courier deliveries.

My experience with Delta Couriers is perhaps the most negative I have ever experienced. Their sales staff lied to lure us in as new business and continued to regularly lie and be deliberately misleading with ongoing misquoted, overcharging, hidden costs, and when we questioned them on such dishonest behaviour they were abusive, rude and unprofessional. In my opinion they have no moral framework, no business ethics, atrocious customer service, untimely follow up when problems arise and in all of out interactions were rude and unapologetic for over promising under delivering and being a general dishonest rip off! Shame on them and their dishonesty!
