Generally pretty good however I recently tried to return a hose holder which you screw to the wall of your house. My husband didn't want to make holes on the house exterior so he said to swap it for a freestanding reel. Well, I couldn't find the receipt but I figured since the sticker on the hose reel said 'Made for BigW in China' it would be ok. And, to be safe, I took a print out of my bank statement with the same amount as the reel. When at the refund counter I was told, no receipt, no exchange, no nothing! Not even a credit note to swap it for a more expensive item (the freestanding hose reel). It was a BigW item!! The label proved that. But rules are rules and no receipt, no return...full stop. The lady wasn't even friendly about the whole situation, short and to the point. Thank you very much, now leave so I can serve the next person. Target will offer a credit voucher for their own items if they are defective or damaged without a receipt and I believe if its not damaged, they will exchange or provide a voucher if its their own item. Will I shop there again? Only for items I can't get anywhere else. I am firm believer in supporting businesses that are happy to support you...the consumer, the spender!

I've recently started taking my Cavalier here for grooming and I was very happy with Alison's service. My little pup came away looking adorable and smelt divine! He was moderately malting prior to our visit but since, he's barely lost any hair so I assume Alison gave him good wash & brush to extract all that loose hair! Pup was given a cute little bandana around his neck and a special treat afterwards. It was such a nice experience at a great price also. I had his feet clipped for an extra $5 and its made a huge different in this wet weather! I am considering using the daycare service once I return to work a few days a week, and after seeing the premises I am really confident this will be a great place to have my little baby for a few days TLC. Highly recommended!

My 5 year old son has been attending for around 8 months and has come along in leaps and bounds thanks to the staff. Their teaching abilities are excellent and they offer friendly, ongoing service. You can raise any concerns and they are immediately addressed. Class sizes are at a maximum of 5. Kids are rewarded with certificates of encouragement and when going up a level - it's a fabulous incentive. It doesn't take long to feel part of a family and I highly recommend this business for those wishing to give their children swimming lessons. It is such an important tool for them to have!

We have a dog & cat and this vet clinic has been very friendly. We've only been for routine procedures i.e. vaccinations and desexing but they are thorough and always make sure they answer any questions without rushing you out the door.

The waiting area and clinics are clean and well kept. The lady on reception is lovely, she gave our puppy a little cuddle once even though I warned her about his malting!

Pricing is well set and worth the experience.

The only reason I haven't left 1 star is because for a majority of the visits and purchases, I am happy with the service and variety of products.

However - we recently needed a 1 page scan done in a hurry and I was horrified that it cost $5 for a single page which took less than 60 seconds to complete. To make matters worse, a gentleman came in at the same time for an A5 photocopy and the lady guillotined around the plan, all for a total of .50 cents. So here I am, no materials used whatsoever, no paper, just her time for 60 seconds and I am charged $5. It was robbery.

I submitted a complaint online and after 3 days I received a response to say my feedback had been forwarded to the store - of course, I never heard back from them.

Apart from that, if I ever need stationary in the future I may go back but I'll never use their service centre again and, they've left a bad impression.

We used Baird & McGregor for the purchase of our home in Ballarat recently.

They were very friendly and professional and our contact stayed in constant touch with us during the process. Documentation was completed in a timely manner, no waiting or calling for its whereabouts.

I can be rather difficult to deal with and stress was high on my agenda during our purchase however all my questions and emails were answered in a timely and professional manner.

The cost was fair for the service we received and we will certainly be using this firm again for all our future conveyancing and legal matters whilst in Ballarat.

I recently bought some dining chairs from this establishment and the service and quality was fantastic.

After several stores, I was finding it difficult to find fabric style dining chairs. Rest N Relax did not have them in stock however the owner was happy to show me through some catalogues until I found a suitable match.

No pressure to buy so I went home to contemplate the fabric colour and once I had made up my mind I called and placed the order. Small deposit required.

The ETA was 2-3 weeks however it took slightly over 3 weeks for them to arrive but they were more then happy to keep me updated via email.

Once the chairs arrived I was over the moon with the quality and service. Very friendly, family orientated business.

Would recommend if you're looking for quality and value. If they don't have exactly what you're after then they are more than happy to work with you to find what you are looking for.

Recently tried the Noodle Box's 'Build your own' screen. It was fantastic. I am rather fussy will fillings / sauces so I was very happy to be able to put everything I wanted into my meal.

The service was great, always is and there is nothing better than being able to watch the chefs in action (nothing to hide). All the ingredients are in front of you so you can see how fresh everything is.

The food quality was great and the size portion for the price is nothing to complain about. If I had to fault one aspect it would be that at times, you don't feel as though you get alot of substance in some of the dishes (the noodles being the majority) but you can change this by adding lot's more in now! Keep in mind, you pay for it though! But, value wise, it's worth it.

Highly recommended. It's the type of place you'd go to a few times per month.

I love this place! Firstly, 99% of the time the service is fantastic. If they're not busy, they'll go out of their way to bring your coffee over to your table which is not their standard practice (they use buzzers) but it's a nice thought when they have the time. I do find that getting your food first (upon ordering) and then having to wait for your hot drink can sometimes conflict if they are busy as by the time your drink is ready, you've already eaten your food. But most of the time they are quick with the drinks so you don't wait too long.

The food is always consistent and fresh. If you haven't been before I can recommend the Date Scone, Cheesy Cauliflower Pie, Snickerdoodles (an absolute must) and the fruit toast is also lovely. If you're on the run they have takeaway rolls and wraps which are full of filling and fresh.

The coffee is nice however on the odd occasion it has been made a little strong but it depends on who you get 9/10 times it's great. If you like hot chocolate but not too rich, ask for half strength.

As far as value goes, it's fabulous. Short from going to a cafe fine dining style, you'll certainly get yourself a lovely breakfast or lunch for a fraction of the price.

My first visit to Touche was to utilise my 50% off introductory voucher for their beauty services. I had waxing & spray tan done.

The service was lovely. Not only did my therapist greet me, I had another girl make me a hot chocolate whist I waited and the owner gave me a quick wave and a smile. I wondered whether this might be to butter me up for future visits!

Well, I did return and the service has been the same ever since, friendly & nice. The owner always greets me by name.

Their wax is very good quality and I should know as I've been having a Brazilian done for over 8 years now and this wax is not harsh or irritable. Sometimes it can be a little hot but nothing to 'ouch' about. The spray tan is divine and if it weren't for the $35 price tag, I'd probably get it done more often. It's a great colour, not too orange or dark (ask for the light if fair) and it fades naturally. Tuscan Tan I believe it's called.

Happy to keep going back for my waxing and the odd tan.

If I didn't already have a wonderful hairdresser whom I love then I would probably give their salon a try also.
