Great service! If they don't have a product they will get it in for you and DO call you to let you know it's in. Very fast and efficient service and Customer Service Reps are very polite and genuinely take an interest in you. I will continue to use them for all my Pharmacy needs as well as the relevant specials they have on other items like washing powder etc.

Recently needed a local repairer for our car and heard of Redback.I was pleasantly surprised when the mechanic offered to drive me home instead of sitting around waiting for the repairs/service to be completed. No one I had been to before had ever offered this. Not only did I get my car back all healthy but a totally cleaned engine bay was included. Service was fast efficient and guys were extremely friendly and the prices were the BEST I had ever been quoted. In all a very very happy customer here and only to happy to send friends and family their way for their services etc.

I took my car in looking to trade for another, which had ended up being sold only 3 days before I had managed to come in with my car. I was told to wait as the car was meant to be returned, the new buyer had changed their mind. I waited for 5 days, still no car returned, so decided to pick something else. I was told the car I chose had a value of $4,990 I would need a loan for roughly $1,500, so assuming my car was going to be traded for $3,500. I ended up deciding on a car valued at $3,000, worth much less than my current car would have been sold for, I asked if he would consider a straight swap, which was a legitimate question. I explained my car had received several thousand dollars worth of repairs, had a long rego and low km's, I noted the car I chose had no rego, high km, oil leak and window seals needed replacing. Not only was my offer for a swap refused but the dealer I was speaking to started to get nasty, insulting my car, calling it a "piece of junk" to put it politely. I was genuinely interested in buying a car, but did not warrant to be treated less than a valued customer over the deal.

Bought a car. Had problems with it, 6 weeks of waiting for "repairs" to happen. Refused to repair. Refused refund. Forced to buy another car of similar value. Had one car to choose from. Car was taken although not wanted. Car was deemed dangerous by my mechanic. Towed car back. Went to Fair Trading. Fair Trading demanded all repairs be made. Car yard agreed to repair car. Took 3 months to repair the car. Did NOT complete all repairs. Was given NO alternative but to accept the car in the extremely poor condition it was in. Car cost $3,000. Repairs in only 9 months (and only 800km travelled in car, mostly backwards and forwards to mechanic) came to a grand total of $3,008. Have heard since my mishap there have been quite a number of other people have had similar experiences.

Approximate cost: $6000
