Awesome Trainer and an amazing group of people to train with. I'm really glad Hoffy stood on the sidelines while she trained me, she knew more about me than any other trainer had ever taken the time to find, she doesn't jump around and yell in your face cos it's not about her - for that hour she knows who's running funny, who has a limp, who's not having a good day etc - maybe that's why she trained 4 winners of the Michelle bridges 12wbt. Don't know about anyone else but standing on the sidelines is fine by me when she trained me to loose half my weight and is helping so many of us smash our goals. It is a shame that people give poor reviews without asking questions first. They would be quite surprised by the answers they would get. Want an amazing place to train I highly recommend Intensity Health and Fitness
