We have taken 3 different cars to this shop over recent months for registration inspections. The inspections are timely, and the staff are lovely. Even though 2 of the cars needed further work done to pass to inspection, he showed us exactly what needed to be done and fit us in on busy days to check we had made the necessary changes.
My 18mth old daughter attends their mini-funk class. The teachers are just lovely, and have fantastic music and activities planned for the kids. I love that the parents are allowed to be involved. My daughter has already learned so much in the few weeks she has been there! The lessons are really cheap too!
I recently moved all my banking over to ING due to their "no fee" accounts. Initially I was absolutely wrapped at the product and the savings me and my partner are achieving, but the week before last, I ran into an issue that was only resolved once I threatened to make a complaint to the ombudsmen (I was told something which contradicted the offer document and terms and conditions). However, once they realised I was serious about my complaint, they were very swiftly to resolve the issue for us.
I use OO when Deals Direct doesn't stock something I need. I think OO is just a little bit behind DealsDirect in terms of what they offer, but the prices and postage times are just about on par.
Had to fly to Sydney at the last minute, and Virgin were about $50 cheaper than the other airlines. Only complaints are that the on board food was expensive, and the flight time was half an hour less than stated, so I had to wait for my mum once I got to Sydney. Cabin was clean, staff were friendly. Check-in kiosks are fantastic!

I order from DealDirect at least once a month. The prices are great, packaging is great, and the postage times are super-fast! I have recommended the site to many friends so far and will continue to do so.
Great online rewards center. Only issue I have had so far is with verifying my address - the verification letter still hasn't arrived and I had to re-order it. Great member offers and a variety of surveys.

I have purchased from this online store a few times now, and am yet to be disappointed. It is easy to navigate and the confirmation emails and options to print the vouchers are great!
The service is appalling. Every second visit we receive the wrong order. The managers and staff would prefer to chat amongst themselves than serve customers, and when I made a complaint, it took more than 2 weeks to be addressed by management.
They are my ISP. I have my phone and internet bundled through them and am yet to have anything major to complain or be disappointed about. Customer service is fantastic, and the service has dropped out just once in the 2 years I have been with them. Bundles are reasonably priced also.
