Carly was organised, helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with - as well as being friendly and warm. She 'kept me in the loop' throughout the process of organising Mum's cremation and memorial service and even passed around sausage rolls at the wake! No 'McFuneral' when you have Greenhaven involved!
