I bought a selection of delicious Sara Lee treats at a fraction of supermarket prices. Products are generally seconds: perfect to eat but may be something not quite right with how it looks or the packaging. As an example I bought single serve lasagnes for less than $2 & Chocolate Brownie Tarts (roughly 608 serves) for $2.50 each.

I enagaged these guys to not only move all my belongings from Sydney to Brisbane but to also look after them in storage for several months while I went travelling. I have had some horrendous experiences with removalists in the past but every step of the way of dealing with Walkers was a professional & smooth experience. By the time I finally had them deliver my stuff to my new place in Brisbane only one thing had broken: an old plastic watering can. Got to be happy with that!

In an age of overpriced & bland megaplexes in shopping centres, this wonderful cinema in trendy Bulimba is a breathe of fresh air. Adult tickets cost AT THE MOST $7.90 (less during weekdays & on Tuesdays) which is well below the competition & free parking is available for cinema goers. A good selection of arthouse & mainstream movies are on offer.

I was after a good value conveyancer who I could deal with online when I bought my house in Brisbane & these guys fit the bill. Everything went smoothly & they were available to talk to on the phone when needed but otherwise communicated via their email or through their website which suited me. I have been connected to a ADSL2 plan through TPG & with a TPG supplied modem for 2 weeks now & have been very happy with the service. I was surprised just how easy it was to set up having not had adsl before - it was pleasingly straightforward. I'm on a plan that includes VOIP phone calls at super cheap rates - quality of calls has been fine. I was worried initally choosing the cheapest ISP for an ADSL2 service in my area but have been pleasantly surprised with no problems at all so far.
