I took my now 2 yr old to Giggle Lots for the first time when he was 6 months old. At the time it was great - there is a separate section for the little ones (under 3 yrs old) with a ball pit etc and it was very clean and up to standard. Now 18 months on and I must say I was very disappointed. My son and I were the only ones in the whole centre and it was rather dirty and unkept. The handful of plastic balls from the ballpit were thrown about everywhere but where they were meant to be and you could see at least 2 dozen hidden behind a canvas wall which looked like (judging form the amount of dust) they had been there for months. THe ball bit was edged with that much grime, dirt, hair that I felt ill and took my son out. There were grotty tissues wedged between the pit and the mat and it certainly looked like they had been there for days if not longer. Deciding that this area was too disgusting to let my child play in we had no other option but to leave as the other area was not suitable for a 2 yr old. I was disgusted that I had to pay $9 for something of such low standards. I've paid less for much better standards elsewhere. I wont be going back.

Approximate cost: $9

I popped in for lunch while in the area because I was not in the mood for Maccas across the road. The food was fresh and hot and tasty. The price - all mains were $10 and there were no extra hidden costs like paying extra for sauces etc - it was all included and they don't hide from it - they actually put all their prices on the website. The staff were very friendly - especially the girl serving behind the cash register taking my order. Better than what I expected from a Pub meal. I will be recommending this Bistro to family, friends and work colleagues who visit this area.

Well it's the morning of installation and no vanity or sink. The prices were right, they were eager to get my money and now that they have it they think their job is done. First I was told it would take a week for the vanity to be delivered but once payment was made we were told 5-10 days.
After waiting 2 1/2 weeks and having no call I rang the company to find out where my goods were and they told me they were in stock and ready to be picked up - noone bothered to contact us to let us know.
2 days after calling we went to collect the goods and while we received the goods that they always have in stock, the vanity which was ordered in was suddenly out of stock again?? How can this be, after all I paid for it so it was ordered for me and what? did they sell it or had it never arrived and I was told a lie on the phone?
We arranged for it to be delivered to our house 2 days later when it was expected to be in stock. After waiting for half the day and having no luck trying to contact them by phone we received a phone call to say delivery would be 4pm. 4pm came and 4pm went and now it is the morning after and we have had no word as to where our vanity is or when it will actually arrive. Of course they don't open until 9am and there will be no point calling them as no one in the warehouse ever answers the phone. Extremely unhappy, angry and disappointed with this mob. I would NEVER recommend them - EVER.

What an awful experience. I prepaid for the full works - hair cut, colour, blow dry, treatment as well as 1/2 hour manicure plus 1/2 pedicure. Not once in the 3 hours I was there was I even offered a glass of water let alone a cup of coffee. The hair dresser - while very good did not speak English and so i settled for getting a safe haircut rather than the one I actually wanted as we could not communicate.
Worst part of all - my 1/2 hour manicure and 1/2 pedicure was just nail polish. The girl was too lazy to even bother buffing all of my nails so 3 out of each foot and hand were done at most. The job done was sloppy and she did not appear to have any qualification or skill in giving manicures or pedicures.
Yes I did buy the voucher as part of a special Spreets deal but regardless of what I paid I still did not even get the special value let alone the advertised value or the advertised deal.
And I should point out the extras they rope you into paying for. Every person who was in there was talked into the extra colour which cost an additional $70 on top of the $70 already paid.
I certainly will never return here nor would I recommend it to anyone.
THe whole experience has left me feeling rather upset and ripped off.

I was impressed with the outdoor children's playground idea. It was extremely noisy the day I went there and I couldn't really have a conversation with friends simply because of the number of kids playing outside but inside was a much different story.
The down side was trying to enter the club. I almost gave up and went home as I had to line up for 5 mins just to sign in. This was because there was a party of about 40 people and each person had to sign in as a visitor or member - luckily it wasn't a party of 300 (which the venue is capable of hosting) as I would not have stuck around to get my chance to sign in. The lady at the front reception also seemed frazzled by it all and by the time I finally got a chance to sign in she was very narky and bossy - not coping well with the large crowd in the tiny foyer. What else did she expect from a venue that requires every guest to sign in?

Affordable reliable service. Prompt service. Angelo was professional and helped us to decide what type of concrete would best suit our needs as we weren't sure exactly what type of concrete we wanted. He was honest when discussing the different options ensuring we wouldn't go for something that would not be suitable for the area we wanted which actually ended up costing us less than what we had initially wanted.
The quote was a small amount higher than some of the other major companies had quoted but we have seen examples of his work and the many years of experience reassured us that we would not end up with a bodgy job.
WE are very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.

Friendly prompt service. Decor of the place was very colourful - i felt like I was sitting in a brightly coloured play room which suited the ideas of pancakes quite well. The pricing was a bit high considering what was on offer, however the menu was available on both the website and the window so you will know what you are in for before you go and I suppose you pay for the novelty of it all.
Pretty Good but not quite WOW.

What a major disappointment. For a 4 star hotel there is a lot of room for improvement. The room was clean and tidy which was good to see as that is very important however everything else was a let down.
The bed was as hard as a rock. Advertised as the Deluxe Spa room there was nothing deluxe about it. The King sized bed was in fact 2 singles pushed together which meant whenever I wanted to roll over to hug my partner I had to get past the hard rise and ditch of the bed edging in the middle.
The room was advertised as having either a balcony or garden, but i did not get either. Instead I got a fenced in courtyard which fit a table and 2 chairs and not much else. The attempt at privacy meant that the colourbond fence was so high I felt like I was in a prison cell, but this did not help as guests walking along the top balcony could see right into the 'patio' and right into the hotel room - therefore I had to keep the curtains closed for any semblance of privacy.
The 2 'deluxe spa rooms' also appear as a takced-on later addition to the hotel. The rooms were at the end of the car park at the very front of the property and with the noise of the nearby major road it felt like we were sleeping in the middle of Hastings River Drive.
I don't know what the other rooms are like but imagine that they would be a lot better than the two spa rooms.
If I was in a better mood I would have argued with reception to be refunded for the false information about the balcony/garden however I just could not be bothered after such a terrible nights sleep.
I certainly would not recommend the Spa Rooms to my friends, family or anyone.

I am a repeat visitor here. The price has gone up noticeably in the last few years while the variety has reduced however the food is always fresh and there is still good variety for a casual buffet dining experience starting from prawns and salad, through to carvery and asian and then - the best part - deserts.
Soft drinks, coffee and tea are all included in the price so there are no hidden extras.
Down side is that you are unable to reserve a table for groups less than 40 people which made it difficult one night when we showed up with 20 girls. As we were staying in the Casino hotel we were able to jump the long queue however we still had to wait as staff frantically tried to pull together enough tables close together.
However in saying that, I was there over the weekend with a group of 6 and we were seated promptly with no line ups. The restaurant was full which meant the food was constantly being replenished with no delays and always so fresh.

Not only does this website provide great advice, hints, tips and competitions they also provide FREE SAMPLES. You just know the product is going to be great when the company is willing to give it away for free knowing that they will not lose any money. Better still you are not restricted to one sample. but 2 a year so you can keep trying the nappies as the baby grows to ensure that they are still the best ones for your little one.
I used the free sample offer to try out the swimpants. I requested one of the small and one of the medium as I didn't know what size would fit my chubby bub best. After receiving the samples I could then spend the money on the full pack knowing I was not taking a risk with size or quality.
