We had a number of blinds installed at our home. Overall the blinds are ok. We have had issues with a few of them. Of these, they have come out and fixed them as required.

Except one set of curtains in our living room which had a chemical smell. They filled the room with a strange smell and gave me headaches if I stayed in this room for a period of time. After a reasonable amount of hassling, they took the curtains and had them ventilated. When we got them back, the smell (while reduced) still remained. At this point, they refused to replace or refund the curtains. We are now considering whether we throw the curtains away ($1000 worth).

Had reverse parking sensors fixed as they were playing up and beeping all the time. Great service, took time to explain the issues, work out the problem. Authentic guy who cares about the work he does.

Paul installed a new gutter down pipe on our house to connect it to the storm water drain, as the gutters in that area were often overflowing during storms. Offered practical advice about this and also a few other areas where the house needs fixing.

My car was pulling to the left side of the road constantly and really bugging me. Went to Bob Jane and they picked up that my two front tyres were different (diff business that fitted them never mentioned this). They explained clearly and simply what they would do to test and fix (wheel alignment and move tyres around) and they fixed it. No hard sell trying to sell me more tyres, and even better they called the next day to see how the car was driving.

The locksmith changed a number of locks in the house and also fixed two doors that would not close properly. He even made a spring for one of the deadlocks to keep it working (not possible to source this spring anymore)
