We have used Lonely Pets Club many times to look after our two cats, and the service has always been outstanding. During the last service, which was over an extended period, a problem occurred (my fault, not theirs!), and both our Carer Jan and Lonely Pets Club went out of their way to rectify the problem and ensure the cats were OK.

I can't speak highly enough of this service and the professionalism and caring nature of all concerned. Not only do they do a great job, but immediately go the extra mile if there is a problem. You can't ask for more. Well done Jodie and the team.

Haven't been here since the Shark Fin days. We went for yum-cha lunch, experience was OK but not great. The food had a "pre-prepared" feel, and was not always hot, some serving were luke warm.

What a great service this is! At less than the cost of putting our two cats in the local cattery (with all the trauma that entails), our carer Jan not only looked after and loved our cats, spent time with them, fed and watered them, and generally looked after them as well as we do. But she also collected the mail, watered the indoor plants, and put out/brought back the bins! We will use Lonely Pets Club from now on, without hesitation.

We love the Lobster Cave. As it is pretty pricey we save it for birthdays and anniversaries, but you can't fault the quality of the food or the level of service. I'm sure the restaurant could operate with half the number of staff, so it is impressive to see so many, all with their assigned duties. We last went to take advantage of their advertised specials, which meant it wasn't so expensive as usual! But overall, if you like good seafood, especially lobster, you won't be disappointed.

I get my Honda VTR1000 serviced here, the boys in the workshop do a great job - very professional, very thorough, they really know their stuff. I have bought some items (Ventura packs, Oxford windproofs), price is OK, service is good.

What a great Indian restaurant! The curries are the most authentic and tasty I have had in Melbourne, and when you say you want them hot, they really are! Plenty of meat in the curries as well. The indoor section is well laid out, and the staff are attentive and helpful. The outdoor section looks fantastic, we'll try that next time.

A good local Asian restaurant, Japanese with a Chinese influence. Good friendly staff (the lady owner is particularly friendly), and a good menu. The Sushi and Shashimi platters are great. BYO, what more do you want!

We live locally and have dined in on a number of occasions and found things to be OK. Recently I phoned an take-away order through. Went to pick it up, embarrassed looks all round - they had lost it! So I had to order again, wait for it to be cooked. When I got the food home, each punnet of curry (we ordered 3) was 75% gravy with perhaps 5 pieces of meat. Very disappointing, they have obviously let standards slip, we won't be going there again, there are too many good Indian restaurants around to put up with this.

Basic, old-looking decor. Great meals, good large servings. Watch out for their "corkage' charge - it's $2.50 PER PERSON! I got charged $7.50 for one bottle, what a rip-off

This place is pretty tired: dirty floor and carpet, dreadful toilets, the place needs a good clean. Although the food is OK and the value is good, the service is poor. We were charged for a bottle of wine instead of corkage!
